Tuned Audi S4 vs Lamborghini: DRAG RACE

We’ve got Mat in an Audi S4, and it’s lining up against a Lamborghini Huracan Evo! Think it’ll be a walkover for the Lambo? Well, all is not as it seems! Let’s take a look at the stats. The Audi rolls up powered by a 3-litre V6 turbo that can normally produce 350hp and 500Nm of torque. However, the team at Awesome GTI have tuned it, and it now produces 560hp and 840Nm of torque! It’s still equipped with an 8-speed automatic gearbox, and it weighs in at around 1,700kg. Then we come to the Lambo. It’s powered by a glorious 5.2-litre naturally-aspirated V10 that can produce 640hp and 600Nm of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, and it weighs in at around 1,500kg. There’s one key difference between the two though. While the Lambo costs just below £200,000, the Audi S4 only costs £24,000! But can it take down the Huracan? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE!

New BMW 5 Series v E-Class v A6: Which is best?
Compare the best new & used car deals with Carwow: https://bit.ly/New-Car-Deals-1902 When it comes to choosing a new posh, mid-range saloon, it doesn’t get any better than these three - the New BMW 5 Series, the Mercedes E-Class, and the Audi A6. The question is if you want to get your hands on one, which should you choose? Well, Mat’s on hand to put all three cars through a series of rigorous tests to find out which one comes out on top! So let’s take a closer look at the three. First up we have the New BMW 5 Series. It’s unmistakably a BMW from the exterior, although we’re still not sure about the load of straight edges and creases across the front and rear. Thankfully it’s not followed the route of the 3 Series and added the huge kidney grille design! Step inside and the cabin is full of soft-touch materials along with a huge infotainment and digital dial screen. When it comes to performance, the car we have is the 520i. It comes with a 2-litre turbo petrol engine that sends power to the rear wheels only, and it puts down 208hp. It comes with a price tag of around £64,000. Then we have the E-Class. It’s probably the most stylish, luxurious-looking car from the outside. There are even some trim options available to make it look like the S-Class! The interior is also easily the most luxurious of the three cars. There are soft-touch materials everywhere, and even the opportunity to have three screens in the front! The seats are also super comfortable. The car we have here is the E300e, which comes with a 2-litre turbocharged petrol engine, and it’s also a plug-in hybrid, so it comes with a small electric motor too. It can put down 313hp and this edition costs £77,000. Then we have the A6. It had a small facelift last year, but it’s still been around for absolutely ages! It still looks pretty smart on the outside, although we would rather choose one of the other two instead. The interior is nice, with soft-touch materials throughout, but it’s easily the most basic of the three cars here. Then again, given the age it’s also the cheapest, so it’s not too bad a deal. The car we have here also comes equipped with a 2-litre turbocharged engine along with an electric motor, so it can put down 299hp. It’s also the only car here that comes with all-wheel drive! The specific model we have is the 50 TSIe Quattro in S-line trim, and it costs around £66,000. So will the newer BMW come out on top? You’ll need to stick with Mat and see for yourself! EVERY fast Tesla: DRAG RACE

We’ve got our hands on every performance version of the Model S and Model X. From the P100D through to the Plaid, these are the six quickest Teslas money can buy. The question is, just how different is their performance? Let’s start with how they compare on paper. The Model S P100D rolls up with dual motors that combine to produce 671hp and 950Nm of torque. It tips the scales at around 2,100kg. As for the Model X P100D, its two motors combine for 534hp and 755Nm, and it’s a fair bit heavier than the Model S, weighing in at around 2,500kg. Then we have the Ravens. Both come with dual motors, and both the Model S & Model X produce 778hp and 1,140Nm. However, while the Model S weighs 2,255kg, the Model X comes in at 2,552kg. Then finally we have the Plaids. Both cars have ti-motors, and both produce 1,020hp and 1,420Nm. But just like the Raven, while the Model S weighs in at 2,190kg, the Model X is a whole lot heavier, coming in at 2,464kg. So it comes as no surprise as to who the favourite is, but just how different will the performance of these cars be? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE! FIRST LOOK: 2024 Porsche Macan – Best-Selling Porsche Goes Electric
This is the new Porsche Macan, and it is now an electric car. Which is a punchy move by Porsche. When the Cayenne and Macan SUVs are your bread and butter models globally (with the Macan being Porsche’s best-selling model in the UK), going full EV early feels… bold. There will be two initial models – the Macan 4 and Macan Turbo – both of which will be on Porsche’s new 800-volt PPE (Premium Platform Electric – which is incidentally the first time Porsche has electrified an existing model), both with dual-motors and all-wheel drive, and both get the same 100kWh battery, of which 95kWh is useable. Range is slated at 380 miles for the less powerful Macan 4, 367 miles for the faster Turbo, so you’ll be looking at high 200s in the real-world. Which is all very nice. But it wouldn’t be a Porsche if it were slow or cumbersome, so Porsche hasn’t skimped. The Macan 4 puts out just over 400bhp at max and hits 62mph in 5.1 seconds with a 137mph top speed. The Turbo is capable of 635bhp with launch control, can hit 62mph from rest in just 3.3 seconds and run on to a 162mph max. Currently, a basic Porsche Macan with a 263bhp turbo petrol 4-cyl engine costs £53,400. The most expensive six-cylinder Macan GTS weighs in at £71,700. That’s good value. But, inevitably, the electric version will set you back more – it’s priced at £69,800 for the Macan 4 and £95,000 for the Macan Turbo.
