New Renault Scenic review: Better roof than a Rolls-Royce?!
Sell your car for free with Carwow: https://bit.ly/Sell-Your-Car-For-Free-2105 This is the all-new Renault Scenic! In the past, the Scenic was renowned as an MPV people character, but the design has now been updated to make it more like an SUV. What’s more, it’s also ditched the internal combustion engine and gone electric only! So does the new Scenic have what it takes to compete with class leaders like the Skoda Enyaq and Tesla Model Y? Let's take a closer look We'll start with the design, and around the back, the Scenic looks pretty smart, and it comes with a set of futuristic & thin tail lamps. However, the lower part of the car sticks out, and we think it looks a little strange. Along the side, the car we have here (the range-topping edition) comes with smart chrome surrounds, and there’s also a full-length panoramic roof. Along the front, there’s a smart-looking grille, coupled with some thin headlamps. Step inside and the Scenic is a pretty smart car. There’s a large infotainment screen that sits in the centre of the dash, and the digital dials screen is also pretty large and comes with a number of different settings to choose from. The cabin has some soft-touch materials, but there’s also a fair share of scratchy plastics. As the Scenic has now ditched the engine, there are just two battery options to choose from. The entry-level is a 60kWh battery with a range of up to 260 miles and a single 170hp motor. Alternatively, you can choose the 87kWh battery, which comes with a range of up to 379 miles and a single motor that delivers 217hp. So what do you think - does the new Scenic have what it takes to compete with the best? You’ll need to stick with Mat and see for yourself! Tuned NISMO GT-R v Tesla Plaid: DRAG RACE
Sell your car for free with Carwow: https://bit.ly/Sell-Your-Car-For-Free-1603 It’s time for another petrol v electric drag race! We’ve brought back the Tesla Model X Plaid, and it’s going up against a Nissan GT-R NISMO! So let’s check out the stats. Normally the GT-R is powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 that can produce 600hp and 650Nm of torque. However, it’s been tuned, and as a result, it can now produce an amazing 810hp and 890Nm of torque! This power is sent to all four wheels, and it tips the scales at 1,725kg. Then alongside it we have the Tesla. It’s powered by three electric motors, and these combine to produce 1,020hp and 1,420Nm of torque. But even though it’s up on power, it’s also well up on weight compared to the GT-R, weighing in at 2,539kg! So the Tesla is a fair bit more powerful, but it’s also a whole lot heavier! But will the weight difference prove decisive? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE! Thanks to everyone for lending us their cars: - Tesla Model X: https://prostate-project.org.uk/ - GT-R NISMO: https://www.instagram.com/GTRSLondon

Mercedes Maybach S-Class 2024 - Still the BEST Ultimate Luxury Sedan?
Mercedes Maybach S-Class Interior and Exterior Design: The Ultimate Luxury Sedan! In this video, we dive into the Mercedes Maybach S-Class to discover whether it holds the title of the premier luxury sedan in the market. As the priciest vehicle in the Mercedes range, the Maybach S-Class stands out as a symbol of opulence. But does its lavish interior secure its position as the leading luxury sedan available? Or might there be a superior alternative? Join us as we explore and uncover the truth! The interior of the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class draws inspiration from the groundbreaking interior design of the latest Mercedes-Benz S-Class. A novel addition in the Mercedes-Maybach is the expansive trim sections on the front seats. The rear of the front seat backrests are encased in premium wood, creating the aura of spacious lounge seating. The Executive Rear Seat Plus package adds a similarly impressive trim section between the two rear passengers, enhancing the luxurious feel. Designed with chauffeured journeys in mind, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class benefits from a 7-inch longer wheelbase than the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, which primarily advantages rear passengers. This emphasis on the rear is further accentuated by even more sophisticated features. The First-Class Rear compartment boasts upgraded comfort elements like the calf-rest massage function and neck/shoulder heating, elevating the passenger experience. The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class's exclusive allure can be further amplified upon request with a hand-applied two-tone paint finish, adhering to the utmost quality standards. Front distinguishing characteristics include the unique hood with a chrome fin and the Mercedes-Maybach radiator grille marked by vertical chrome pinstripes. From the side, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class differentiates itself with broader rear doors and C-pillars adorned with a fixed quarterlight, with the Maybach brand emblem on the C-pillar enhancing its exclusivity. Additionally, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class can come equipped with electrically operated comfort rear doors, allowing for easy opening and closing of the large rear doors with minimal effort, even on an incline. The integration of Blind Spot Assist into the MBUX infotainment and control system offers increased operational ease and safety. The rear doors can also be controlled from the driver's seat, a crucial feature for vehicles with chauffeurs. The already exceptionally quiet interior of the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is made even more tranquil with active road noise compensation. Similar to noise-canceling headphones, this system mitigates unwanted low-frequency sounds using counter-phased audio waves, utilizing the bass speakers of the Burmester® High-End 4D Surround Sound system for sound output. Mercedes-Benz Coupe and Cabriolet aficionados have long valued the automatic seat belt extender, and now, rear passengers in the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class are the first in a sedan to enjoy this convenience. The belt extender, an indirect cue to buckle up, simplifies the process without needing to adjust from a comfortable seating position. It's seamlessly integrated into the adjustable backrest of the Executive seat, ensuring optimal positioning for the passenger. The Mercedes-Maybach introduces adaptive rear lighting, a feature that caters to occupant preferences in multiple ways, including adjustable brightness, size, and position of the light spot, offering a spectrum from focused task lighting to soothing lounge illumination. Are you a connoisseur of luxury? Experience the Mercedes Maybach S-Class, the pinnacle of luxury sedans that promises to captivate your senses. Boasting a refined design and opulent amenities, the Mercedes Maybach S-Class is a masterpiece not to be overlooked. ⚡️ Discover ALL new cars before anyone else!
