NEW VEHICLES ELIGIBLE FOR MASSIVE £3,750 DISCOUNT THROUGH ELECTRIC CAR GRANT - FULL LIST OF EVS

New models have been added to the list of eligible vehicles available through the Electric Car Grant, with drivers able to save up to £3,750.

Stellantis has confirmed that the Abarth 500e and the Fiat 500e have been made eligible for Band One of the Electric Car Grant.

All variants of the Fiat 500e are now eligible for the Electric Car Grant, with prices starting from as little as £17,245.

The Grant also builds on Fiat's electric vehicle price repositioning confirmed earlier this year, which aims to make EVs more accessible for motorists around the country.

Drivers looking to get behind the wheel of a Fiat 500e can expect 199 miles of electric battery range and rapid-charging capabilities in just 30 minutes.

Prices start from as low as £289 per month, plus a £2,999 initial rental cost on Personal Contract Hire through a dealership.

Kris Cholmondeley, managing director of Fiat UK, said: "This is another significant step from Fiat in making electric mobility even more accessible to a wider audience.

"The Fiat 500e is an iconic model that combines style, city-friendly practicality and zero-emissions driving.

"The introduction of the £3,750 Government Electric Car Grant makes it an increasingly attractive proposition for customers considering the switch to electric."

Another Stellantis marque, Abarth, has also confirmed that its 500e model is available for the £3,750 ECG, with price starting from £24,245.

Abarth offers a more high-performance offering for drivers looking to invest in an electric vehicle, with 155 HP performance, sharp handling and "exhilarating" acceleration.

GB News has rounded up all eligible vehicles for the £1,500 and £3,750 tiers of the Electric Car Grant.
